We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, stock information, and pricing accurate. Errors may occur, and we may correct errors without prior notice.

Product images are for identification and illustration. Accessories, packaging, firmware, or minor specifications may vary by product revision or supplier availability.

The store may offer Direct EFT, PayFast, Ozow, or other approved payment methods. Hosted payment providers process their own payment pages and security checks.

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed, or after a Direct EFT order has been accepted for manual payment follow-up.

Comb Communications may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock error, payment issue, suspected misuse, or other reasonable operational concern.

If an order is cancelled after payment has already been received, an approved refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer a suitable alternative, place the item on backorder, or process a refund.

Comb Communications standard warranty applies to the products sold through this store. Serialized Comb products carry a 12-month warranty from date of installation unless otherwise stated. Non-serialized products carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Third-party products may be supplied subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty assessment follows our standard repair and warranty process. Warranty exclusions include accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, lightning damage, unauthorized repairs, batteries, LCD screens, consumables, and damage outside the product warranty conditions.

Comb Communications is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use, installation, unavailability, or failure of products purchased through the online store, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
