This policy explains delivery areas, processing times, delivery estimates, collection, and risk transfer for Comb Hub Online Store orders.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Additional lead times may apply for special-order, quote-only, backordered, or custom-configured products.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, address location, payment timing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • Gauteng: 1-3 business days
  • Major centres: 2-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method, delivery destination, and the weight or dimensions of the order.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided after goods have been dispatched.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once payment has been received in full. Risk passes to the customer on delivery to the specified delivery address or on collection from the collection point.

Delivery Delays

Comb Communications is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, civil unrest, force majeure events, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Collection Option

Customers may collect eligible orders after payment has cleared and collection confirmation has been received.
