Refund and Returns Policy

Comb Hub Online Store Terms and Conditions, effective 17 June 2026

This policy explains how return requests, refunds, delivery damage, and warranty assessments are handled for Comb Hub Online Store orders.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery where the product is unused, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation, and supported by proof of purchase.

Return approval is required before goods are sent back. Products returned without approval may be delayed or refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned for change of mind unless they are incorrectly supplied, damaged on delivery, or subject to a valid warranty assessment:

  • Special-order items
  • Custom-configured products
  • Software licences
  • Downloadable products
  • Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repair

Delivery Damage, Incorrect Goods, and Defects on Arrival

Damage, shortages, incorrect goods, or defects visible on delivery should be reported within 7 days of receipt so that we can investigate promptly with the courier, supplier, or warranty team.

Please keep the original packaging and provide the order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue where possible.

Warranty Claims

Comb Communications standard warranty applies to the products sold through this store. Warranty claims must follow our standard repair and warranty assessment procedures.

After inspection and warranty validation, the product may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or credited according to the applicable warranty outcome and product circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible, usually within 7-14 business days after approval and receipt of any returned goods required for the assessment.

Shipping costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs may be refunded or credited where the return is due to our error, incorrect supply, delivery damage, or a validated product issue.
